Delivery Responsibility

Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

We do not ship to:

-APO/FPO addresses

-Alaska & Hawaii

-U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

-Addresses restricted by carriers due to hazardous or oversized items

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

-Incorrect or incomplete address

-Failed delivery attempts

-Unclaimed packages

The customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
