Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Standard Returns

  • Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • A return authorization is required before sending any item back.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1.Request authorization within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us through the contact method listed on our website’s Contact page and include:

-Order number

-Item(s) you want to return or exchange

-Reason for return/exchange

-Photos (required if the item is damaged/defective)

2.We’ll send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. The return label is provided as download & print and is free of charge.

3.Pack and ship the item. Please pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit and include any accessories/parts originally included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Made-to-order or custom products
  • Personalized items
  • Customer’s Own Material (COM) items
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Once verified, we will offer replacement, repair, or refund, at our discretion.

Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of verified damage or error
